Who doesn’t like a party?! Well now, I have designed a way that you can have a PARTY and earn free prints/products from Lindsey Turner Photography! It’s super easy! The first time I met Jessi and Josh, I knew I was going to love working with them!! You see, Jessi is a planner. A real, Type A, details-oriented, planner. And so am I. From our first conversation and the sight of Jessi’s 4″ inch ring binder/wedding planner it was evident to me that she knew what she wanted for her wedding! And i love that about her. Jessi and Josh chose an amazing location to celebrate their wedding with their family and friends. Vesuvius Vineyards is an incredible spot out in Lincoln County. Built in 1792, the house that is known as “Vesuvius” is the oldest house in Lincoln county. It was the perfect location for Jessi and Josh.

I have never worked with a more laid-back bride. Gwen was carefree the day I met her and Chris last summer to discuss their wedding, but I had no idea that she would have that same demeanor on the day of their actual wedding! I love how simple, clean, and crisp her style is. I love how much fun she is to be around and how that was evident throughout the entire day! I have also never met a groom who was so into all the details! The itinerary that Chris presented me with was 3 pages long, and “that’s just for Saturday” he told me. I loved it.

Chris and Gwen were married at Myers Park United Methodist Church followed by a fabulous reception at the Mint Museum uptown, complete with a “beach music” style band! I had so much fun with this group, including Gwen’s precious bridesmaids (!)! Enjoy this slideshow of their day!

Last night I had the privilege of photographing a lady and her family that is very near and dear to my family’s heart. Ms. Yascur has been the shining light that has greeted both of my babies as they began their preschool journey. She has an incredible way of making a 2yr. old preschool experience one like no other. And despite her own personal journey, she remains a bright light for all to see. She blesses families daily and we are so grateful to have her a part of our lives! Here are some moments from her family’s photo session last night….
